RESUMO

The aim of this thesis is to analyze concerning the possibility of Marxist analysis of Law. This goal is expressed in its desire to examine the relations between truth and interpretation, through the Marxâs thinking. Thus, the Law will be worked as a justification discussion of power, this is the main thesis. Considering the law as a controlled solution of conflicts, the Marxâs criticize to law is used a starting point, although the thesis intents update it and to complement it. Or better, the purpose, deliberately, isnât to discuss the extinction of Law and State, on the other hand, the aim is to verify the application of Marxist categories to Law from the relations between truth and interpretation. The thesis problem is to verify if, concerning to law field, we have an ontological or skeptical Marx. Achieve this goal means that a contemporary Marxist analysis of Law has as a first point understands the juridical language as speech to justify their decisions, then, demystify the Law as a metaphysical discussion
