RESUMO
This dissertation treats the due process of law in the procedure of the action of the mandamus, in the sense of studying the regularity of the procedure of such action, being appropriate to the due process of law the procedure prescribed by the law regulating the constitutional device that provides the due process of law (Law Nr. 1.533/51, which regulates Article 5, LXIX). To that end, we have studied the due process of law, the mandamus and all its formal aspects, along with its specificities and tax matters
