RESUMO

In this study, the existing relations among antecedent variables of affectionate engagement, the chastener factors of affectionate engagement, the existing association between these variables and the affectionate engagement in their tridimensional were examined: dimension one - involvement with the company; dimension two -identity of values and dimension three - the wish of holding itself as the companys member and the coworkers performance. This research was achieved with colleges Radials teachers in the three unities in São Paulos municipality and in the unity of Santo Andrés municipality. Of the 248 teachers that compose teaching staff of institution,114 answered one questionnaire by electronic process and 108 were validated.The research is grounded upon the sample proposed by Chang (2001) and by sample of Hackman &Oldham (1980) that consider the existence of antecedent variables of engagement, the chastener factors and the association of these variables with tridimensional of engagement. These variables were compared with teachers performance. Through standard of structural equations was established a diagram of way of associations between the variables and the teachers performance. Through this technical, it wasnt noticed any association between teachers engagement and their performance. It was done a analysis of relation that provides a multivariable representation of interdependence of data no metric, analysis that isnt possible with others methods. The analysis of relation checked the existence of four clusters of teachers, varying of the teachers no engaged to enganged teachers. The analysis investigated too that there is not a relation between these clusters and teachers performance. Teachers no engaged were found with superior marks to four and engaged teachers to with inferior marks to four, on a scale of zero to five. This study checked that the hypothesis of affectionate engagement takes the coworkers to better performance, hypothesis that wasnt confirmed in the achieved research.
