RESUMO

The Normative Force of the Economic Development is boarded to investigate and to analyze as the Right influences the Economic Development. The Right is focused while social phenomenon. The Development is seated in the foreseen basic objectives in the Brazilian Constitution of 1988, in countries of lost modernity as Brazil. The Normative Force founds the Economic Development, being essential for the advance of the humanity. The Normative Force as guarantee of the Economic Development that includes the construction of a free society, solidary joust and, reducing the social inequalities, promoting the good of all, on the basis of the dignity of the person human being, in the sovereignty, the citizenship and the social values of the work, reaching a constructed economic development in the free competition, in the defense of the consumer, in the search of the full job, rescuing the Development in countries of delayed modernity.
