RESUMO

The technological context moves on to its applicability in education. In special, in the Learning Management Systems (LMS), considerate as multimedia environment in order to allow the learning collaboration between the agents involved in the process of teachinglearning in the several modalities: present, semi-present, distance. The Regional Blumenau University also has a LMS as a means to acquire knowledge. The undergraduate course in Business Administration at FURB has several subjects that use LMS-FURB, although three subjects have its study hours allowed to this practice of pedagogical modality semi-presence. The method adopted was descriptive type subdivided in three stages. The first, secondary data with reports generated from the use of resources from the use of LMS itself. LMS-FURB. The second, the in research carried out through teachers of the Business Department. The third, in research carried out with the students of the business administration course at FURB. It was used as collection data instrument a disguised structured-questionnaire. For analysis and interpretation of data there was a descriptive analysis and calculus of the diffuse sets. The results of research in a The results of the research in a first moment characterize the students and teachers from the Business administration course, showing that there is a profile of Young students, teachers who perform in their majority with 40 hours of exclusive dedication to FURB; even the students as the teachers who teach using LMS-FURB in their residences and in the institution; as regarding the time, the majority lectures in the night shift. The second result, regarding the resources more used point out that LMS, according to the a selfreport, it is the material resource which has the highest indices of use, as well as it is the best resource evaluated through the perception of the students and teachers. Another obtained result was the perception of the of LMS-FURB to collaborate among agents evolved through the learning process. In this third result, it was detected a contradiction with the theory studied, thus the resource which is perceived as a collaboration-facilitator it is the material. It was concluded with this study that the resources can be better explored, specially, concerning the criteria definitions for the analysis of the LMS and, above all, referring to the practice of pedagogy practiced in the undergraduate course of Business Administration at FURB to then, permit a better interaction among the agents involved in the process of teaching-learning
