1. Cross-linked coacervates of cashew gum and gelatin in the encapsulation of pequi oil

2. Nanostructured polymeric system based of cashew gum for oral admnistration of insulin
ABSTRACT The subcutaneous administration of insulin has been the treatment of millions of diabetics in the world. However, for such via insulin is invasive and not mimics the physiological action causing side effects. The oral route would be the most physiological and comfortable option, but the oral bioavailability of insulin is low by proteolytic activity

3. Novel and Fast Microwave-Assisted Synthesis of Carbon Quantum Dots from Raw Cashew Gum
Carbon quantum dots (C-dots) with average size of 9 nm were synthesized from an aqueous solution of raw cashew gum (RCG) using a novel and fast microwave-assisted technique which involves two steps. In the first step (partial depolymerization in solution) some monomer units are formed through the autohydrolysis of CG and a small amount of 5-hydroxymethyl fur

BIOSORBENTS - WATER HYACINTH BIOMASS AND SPHERES ALGINATE / CASHEW GUM - FOR ADSORPTION OF METHYLENE BLUE
In this work was carried out an extensive investigation of the adsorption properties of synthetic dyes on different parts (rhizome, root, stolon and petiole) of Eichhornia crassipes (water hyacinth) and a comparison with the adsorption capacity of the biopolymer alginate beads doped with water hyacinth biomass. The biomasses and spheres were structurally cha

5. Preparation and characterization of a chemically sulfated cashew gum polysaccharide

9. Evaluation of the influence of drying aid on the atomized cashew juice properties / AvaliaÃÃo da influÃncia de adjuvantes de secagem sobre as propriedades de suco de caju atomizado
The fruit industries have been compelled to adapt to the increasing consumer requeriments related to convenience, food safety and health benefits. An evidence of such changes is the increasing production of fruit juices and related products. Although the ready-to-drink fruit nectars are convenience products, they have high weight and volume, since they have

10. Spheres of gum of the cajueiro and quitosana for release of fÃrmacos / Esferas de goma do cajueiro e quitosana para liberaÃÃo de fÃrmacos
Cashew gum based beads were produced through interpenetrating polymer networks and polyelectrolyte complexation techniques. Beads of chitosan (CH) and cashew gum (CG)/CH were further crosslinked with genipin obtained from âgenipapoâ fruits. This crosslinking agent was characterized by proton and carbon nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared spectroscopy.

11. Oxidation of cashew tree gum exudate polysaccharide with TEMPO reagent

12. Obtenção e caracterização de extrato microencapsulado de resíduo agroindustrial de acerola
A acerola (Malpighia emarginata D.C.)
