RESUMO

The research shown here, investigates the historical characteristics and methods of the collaborative process put into practice for an actor that is not taking a regular drama course. It is covered, therefor, by the pedagogy of drama, and also becoming a theory reflection work, specifically focusing in writing the play "Miraflores", by the theater company " Companhia Bacante de Teatro", from the country of São Paulo State, Brazil. Theater here is a cultural movement and where it takes place, the stage, is the greatest foundation for an amateur actor to become a professional, together with that, there is a collaborative, critical and ethical awareness of his work. There is also a special place for the improvisations, something that is vital for an actor s education. Also it makes place for discussions such as the differences between amateur and a professional actors. The relationship between the director and the actors should be more open for discussions and then finally be able to write a play together based on Bertolt Brecht s theories.
