RESUMO

The digital inclusion has been a theme of many study subjects around the country, but little attention or academic research are dedicated to the relantionship the illiterate and people establish with digital technology. In this study, is possible learning about the relantionship risen between illiterate people and digital technology, difficulties, limitations, possibilities showed on contemporary society. The search looks fot the answers question: How the enormous illiterate people quota thinks, interacts and makes use of Information and Communication Techologies (ICTs)? To understand the troubles faced by illiterate workers, this study categories of analysis are characterized for giving voice to the search subjects. The chapters are organized in order of the workers journey life, with their speeches streaky by digital inclusion and adult education specialists and by questions about work and it current demands. The author discusses the reality faced by illiterate workers, speccialy civil construction ones, because that is the employment sector whit most low education rates between it workers. The search finds a digital fight between illiterate people and ICTs. As a conclusion, the search calls attention to the danger of Technology being used as a reason to a possible exclusion or inability given to illiterate people on dealing with comunication and information resources when during centuries of education on Brazil no basical educational equality that could allow a universal analog literacywere given to that nowadays we did not face a digital illiteracy situation.
