RESUMO
This research analyses the influences of the Army Institution of Education on the professional evolution and in the professional identity of the teachers in CMCG/ MS. Based on documents which treat of the mechanisms that regulate the school routine as well as the registers of the school history and individual professional life of 27 its teacher of the institute. To contextualize their relates we describe the characteristics of the school saff and we analyze its organizational and functional situation as well as teacher potential anxiety for more professional qualification. The analyses of their life histories set up the evidences of remarkable points in their formation and professional experiences which are related to professional identity formation, in a process markedt by ambiguity. In the same way, the reports relate that the construction of professional autonomy is guided by a strong relation of autorite and power typical of the Institution. In such contradictions, teachers find at CMCG an environment of professionalization, support, social base and possibilities of professional qualification. However, such conquests end up at the expectation área base don teacher narratives wat enlightened the ambivalent character of the Institution: school/ army. This identitual ambivalence was enlightened in the teacher narrative and it sets difficulties in professional improvement. On the other hand, in th Institutional context we can notice great sensibility of the school managing which shows advance, impulsim the sympathetic and reflexive teaching practice. Individuals notes showed in a reflexive process their willing, abilities, wishes of enlarging their autonomy in school they wish to create a professional culture improomentes in the teaching lear looking forward to get process.
