RESUMO
The general objective of the present research consists in demonstrating that the States had delegated and transferred parcels of its autonomy when they joined the World Trade Organization. Having this in mind, the specific objectives of this work are: a) to expose the classic nationalized sovereignty and the relativity process that unfolded it in new concepts, which are, independence and the autonomy; b) to narrate the normative structure of the Dispute Settlement Understanding and the Antidumping Agreement to the open interpretations of such texts; and c) to identify how the autonomy of the State was yielded to WTO. The investigation subject contemplates the areas of the General Theory of State, concerning to sovereignty substance, and the International Trade Law, in relation to the multilateral business norms. The group and the research line of this work is inserted in International law, Community Law and Port Activity. The inductive and Cartesian methods, the referring techniques, the category, the operational concept and the bibliographical research had been used
