RESUMO

This actual research aims to analyze the politics of continued education, outlined in the action of teacher formation for the city and state school in the city of Pimenta Bueno RO. Specifically the activities when working with the students with special educational needs, most specifically the handicapped, who are included in normal classrooms. In the face of that, we try to recover the formation contents for special education and inclusive education, developed in the actions triggered in the period from 1996 to 2005. For that, we used a qualitative approach, based on criticaldialectic conceptions, to mold the following procedures: bibliographical research to give theoretic support to the matters involved; data analyses for the survey of the actions realizes and the material used and the questionnaires utilizes in a selected sample made of 44 professional (teachers and participants of technical-pedagogical team) from 16 public schools in the urban area of the city. This way, we aimed to analyze, in the scope of the teaching system, the public actions in the state of Rondônia, focused to the continued education, as well as making a map of the contents and bases about special education and inclusive education. To conclude, we point out that the actions of the teachers from the continued education listed at the special education reveal the maintenance of the integration model leaving beside the proposals of the inclusive educations to attend the students with special educational needs and quality education for all the students.
