RESUMO

The statistics of the access traffic to a website reached a complexity and scope of detail very advanced in terms of the emergence of web analytics. The WAA, âweb analyticsâ is the measurement, collection, analysis and data communication on the Internet for the purposes of understanding and optimizing Web usage. Using a tool that works on the Internet, you can identify what works and what does not work on a website from the point of view of a user. The objective of this research is to investigate techniques and tools for web and develop an analytical model to evaluate and improve the websites design. The model will, based on data of usage from the site, evaluate and implement improvements in design and measure their results showing the efficiency of the adopted solution. The proposed model will also serve to guide the team to create, make the best decision of design for a website project. Thus, we expect to show evidences and prove the importance of website analytical monitoring
