RESUMO

In the global scene each more aggressive time, the companies are forced to take decisions constantly faster on the basis of parameters that reflect its reality. For this, the organizations need to get pointers that show its performance so that the same ones promote alterations necessary. These pointers, in turn, need to reflect the form changes to allow that the managers take the particularities adequate decisions. This work show the results gotten from a multicases study of inquiry about management pointers of measurement of performance in small rendering companies of services in computer science in Pernambuco, with the same characteristics and competitors among itself. Particularly, the result of this study allows to identify the main performance pointers as support to the taking of decision in these companies. The results show these companies use own and simples measurement systems or only some management pointers. Although the majority does not use a performance management tool defined, they know that importance of this.
