RESUMO

The Government of Pernambuco State decided for a coordinate and decentralized IT management model, that is compatible with the models of management IT evolution in organizations. The major challenge for implementing this model is to establish standards and an architecture in order to improve the integration of systems, informations and applications of interest of the Government, and, at same time, permit the applications development in the sectorials entities of the Government, without reducing the productivity and IT manageability. The target of this study is the definition of an information systems architecture that provides the integration vital informations for the Government, allowing a unique corporative view of the informational entities. The service oriented architecture (SOA), that warrants the use, in an orchestrated and automated way, of standardized Web services defined according a predesigned model, will be the base for the systems and informations integration. The use of business process management â BPM is of paramount importance in order to guarantee the productivity of the business processes, and is compatible with the service-oriented architecture. This study maps the data, services and government systems and defines the canonical model and the levels of webservices to be built. The base software (middleware), that will be the base for orchestration, catalogation, control and management of the services, systems and informations also be defined.
