RESUMO

This thesis is inserted in 2002 Civil Codes implications, in the Corporate Law field and the impact in the execution of registration thereof, discussing the most usual resources of the corporate registration routine. It was identified here which are the main trends of the body in charge of executing the Corporate Registration, comprising resources similar to other countries, their historical antecedents, their legal nature and, mainly their legal system. Redemption of the basic principles of Law and Economics technology was sought, not only in the results thereof, but, actually, taking them to the legitimacy of action. Moreover, it was discussed the globalization effects in Corporate Registration, especially with respect to its data base as an entrepreneurial economic indicator, demonstrating trends, business activity focuses and markets. Corporate Registration, therefore, as set forth herein, appears as a thermometer of economic variations of the social group where it operates, detecting trends, isolating new problems and suggesting legal solutions. It is concluded, therefore, that the body in charge of executing the Corporate Registration provides a public service which is essential to entrepreneurs and their collaborators, enabling the intended legal security which approximates a citizen of a public service of quality
