Contribuições dos cursos de ciências contábeis: uma análise das habilidades desenvolvidas nos egressos

RESUMO
The objective the of the work is was to check the contributions of account science courses in Western of Paraná in the term of the abilities developments demanded by the job market. The study insert in the line of research. Control of management of the University Regional of Blumenau. Therefore, it was done descriptive research survey with quantitative approach. At the description and analysis of the information introduced the profile of the graduates, the factors that influenced in the choice of accounting science course, of which were analyzed by the technique of analysis of the main components at the statistics software LHStat, the contributions of the course to the professionals in accounting, in prominence to the developed skills in these professionals wherein it was made useful the technique of factor analysis in the SPSS version 13.0, it was still checked aspects about the current professional situation of the graduates and the attributes considered by them as essential for a good performance of the professional account. These attributes were analyzed at SPSS by means of AF. Initially, for effect of analysis they were separated both stratums by periods (2004 and 2005) as there were not significant differences in the answers, opted to analyze both years together, separating them per institutions of higher education Public IES and Private IES. The conclusions pointed that the graduates of the Private IES are older than the Public IES; most of the graduates are still living in Western of Paraná. With respect to the factors that influenced in the choice of the course, it was verified that the greatest influences are related to the search for further opportunities of jobs, with the fact of performing similar activities and with ability or vocation. In terms of contributions to the courses, it was established that there were improvements at the professional situation of the graduates
