RESUMO

The new times prove a reconfiguration of the organizational world, which vertically structured organizations lose importance to organizational formats based on the network logic. The dynamic and interdependent form of the contemporary business environment makes the monologic conception of entrepreneurial action insufficient, demanding an acting based on the relatedness. The entrepreneur articulation in the relationship network delineates the social capital and makes possible the access to resources that give the enterprise sustainability. This study purposes to comprehend how the relationship competence supports the entrepreneur to absolve resources in his social network. The snow ball method was chosen to access an entrepreneur network in Information and Communication Technology Pole located in Pernambuco, it generates a corpus composed by entrepreneurs narratives that was analyzed through out an content analysis. The results point that the contacts mobilization is significant in the resources access process, most of time strategic to the entrepreneurial action and difficult to access by other ways. About the resources gained in the network, social feedbacks such as confidence and reputation appears as the most important ones to be considered as decisive for the access to new networks and for the partnership establishment inside the entrepreneur network.
