RESUMO

This work aims to analyze the search of the companies of the automotive segment, in the reduction of time to market of their products, under the optics of the relation between suppliers and assemblers of vehicles, in the development of products, in their constructive stages before the production phase. The presented model in this work it bases on next approaches: 1- Description of the Products Development Process (PDP) and of the Vehicles Development Process (PDV), centralizing it on the constructive stages of the development, by the revision of the literature. 2- Presentation of the Knowledgement Management, of the Development of Suppliers and of the Integration with Simultaneous Engineering and Gates, in the course of the revision of the literature 3- Accompaniment of the development of products like black-box and of electric whips, together to suppliers, occurred during the constructive stages in the development of vehicles cases 4- Auto-evaluation of the suppliers of the involved products, with regard to their Development Systems / Quality and Process, based on questionnaire This study evidences the difficulties existing in the relationship between auto parts suppliers and vehicles assemblers, regarding the integration in the development of products, aiming the time to market, without losing the quality and reducing costs, simultaneously, safe cases in specific
