RESUMO

The companies in the age of the knowledge search each time to innovate and becoming competitive. In this context the leader needs to be capable to influence a group in direction of the reach of the objectives established and desired for the organization. Inside of this perspective the reliable relations start to be great relevance factor in the relationships management of Organization increasing or diminishing the leaderâs capacity of action and consequently of the teams. The obvious researchâs work investigated the relationships reliable influence in the performance of the leaders and teams from a caseâs study. A research was carried out in two private lawâs Entities, created and kept by industry employersâ class. The sample space was constituted by 31 leaders and 180 teamâs members having totalized 211 questionnaires. Itens that compose the instrument of collection of data had been elaborated on the basis of the revision of literature, together survey to a part of the sample and semantic validation , carried through before the application exactly. After the collection of data was carried through the factorial analysis, where descriptive and exploratÃrias analyses of the data had been carried through, to verify the fatorabilidade of the instrument and to establish the amount of possible factors to be tested, using the SPSS (Statistical Package will be Social Sciences). The main contributions of this study were to analyze the placement of staff about the relationships of trust correlate with the performance of leaders and teams and characterized theoretically and empirically the importance of the relationships of trust in organizations. The results showed that in the case study presented, the relationships of trust have strong positive correlation with the performance of leaders and teams.
