1. Characterization of Fusarium spp. causal agent of wilt in pecan
ABSTRACT One of the limiting factors for pecan production is the incidence of disease caused by Fusarium spp. which are a threat to orchards in the south of the country. Therefore, the study aimed to confirm the pathogenicity and evaluate the morphophysiological and molecular characteristics of Fusarium spp. associated with pecan in Rio Grande do Sul and Par

2. Drivers of Fusarium dispersion in Madeira Archipelago (Portugal)

3. Intercropping of wheat changed cucumber rhizosphere bacterial community composition and inhibited cucumber Fusarium wilt disease
ABSTRACT: Enhancing the plant rhizosphere microbial community function by increasing plant diversity in the field is a promising strategy for enhancing agricultural sustainability. This study evaluated the effectiveness of the intercropping of wheat in controlling cucumber Fusarium wilt disease. Bacterial community diversity and abundance in cucumber rhizosp

4. BRS FP403: high-yielding black-seeded common bean cultivar with superior grain quality and moderate resistance to fusarium wilt
Abstract BRS FP403 is a common bean cultivar from the black bean market class with high grain yield and yield potential, high commercial and cooking quality, and moderate resistance to fusarium wilt (Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. phaseoli) and root rot diseases (Fusarium solani f. sp. phaseoli and Rhizoctonia solani).

6. Grafting height does not affect Fusarium wilt control or horticultural performance of Passiflora gibertii N.E.Br. rootstock
Abstract The influence of the grafting height (5, 10, 20 and 30 cm above the root collar) of P. edulis on P. gibertii was evaluated on the incidence of Fusarium wilt and horticultural performance. Plants of P. gibertii grafted on P. edulis and non-grafted plants of both species were also studied. In addition, histopathological studies were also performed on

9. BRS FC402: high-yielding common bean cultivar with carioca grain, resistance to anthracnose and fusarium wilt
Abstract - BRS FC402 is a common bean cultivar of the carioca-grain group with commercial grain quality, suitable for cultivation in 21 Brazilian states. Cultivar has a normal cycle (85-94 days), high yield potential (4479 kg ha-1), 10.1% higher mean yield than the controls (2462 kg ha-1) and resistance to fusarium wilt and anthracnose.

10. Resistance to Fusarium wilt in common bean
Abstract In breeding programs, understanding the potential of parents should be a way to spend significantly less time and costs to obtain new cultivars. For this, the objective of this study was to estimate the general and specific combining ability of parents aiming common bean breeding for resistance to Fusarium wilt (FW) based on disease severity and red

11. Classification of physiological races of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. phaseoli in common bean
Fusarium wilt, caused by Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht. f. phaseoli Kendrick and Snyder (FOP), is a major disease of common bean, causing large economic losses. Genetic resistance is one of the main mechanisms of pathogen control, and knowledge of the physiological variability is fundamental in breeding for resistant cultivars. Thus, a method of pathogen class

12. VARIABILIDAD GENÉTICA DE PARENTALES Y POBLACIONES F1 INTER E INTRAESPECÍFICAS DE Physalis peruviana L. Y P. floridana Rydb.
ABSTRACTCape gooseberry, Physalis peruviana, is an Andean fruit of great importance for export markets; its main limitation for production in Colombia is the vascular wilt caused by Fusarium oxysporum. The present study proposed the generation of F1 populations between contrasting pathogen response parents and their evaluation at molecular level to support
