RESUMO
This dissertation s central thesis claims that the actor, when in a scene, creates an Expressive Identity - a poetic condition of himself that is born in and out of the act of creation, unveiling an ontological dynamics of his work and a particular identity experience that lies under his artistic production. My argumentation intends to present a perspective of the process of dramatic creation that favors the manifestation and production of subjectivity and, mainly, to reflect upon the unique way that the dramatic creation has of dialoguing with the human experience of coming "to be who one is"
