RESUMO

The local development involves social, cultural, political and environmental factors, and it is influenced by the values and relationships between subjects and organizations of a certain place. The social responsibility, in the context of the organizations, it extols that actions are developed based in ethical relationships and of solidarity, that intend to minimize the social demands, and that can contribute to the local development. However, there to be effectiveness in these actions, it is necessary have synergy between the actors, through the cooperation. Therefore, the intersectorial cooperation is analysis object, because many challenges emerge of the articulation and cooperation lack between the organizations and their leaderships. This way, the union among the organizations that develop actions of social responsibility comes as a possibility to face the social demands in the search for the local development. The objective of this research was to analyze in the context of social responsibility, as the movements of intersectorial cooperation of RS/ACIB Nucleus organizations from Blumenau (SC) contributes to the local development. To reach this objective, the qualitative research was used, with participant technique. The select results allowed verifying that the nucleus participants perception is favorable to the existence and to the paper of the Nucleus. However, they still feel difficulties in moving forward in the process, that it demands efforts in the sense of to organize the activities and to enlarge the focus of the social projects, still very returned to the internal public of the nucleus organizations. In that sense, starting from the accomplished analysis, it is noticed that the Nucleus and their organizations can adopt some roads to enlarge the reach of their actions, focusing the subjects involved in the social responsibility process. Some possibilities are: to strengthen the partnership with the public sector; to provide the local communitys involvement and participation; to define a focus for the actions; to stipulate goals and strategies that reinforce the commitment with the local development; to develop the performance in net; and an arrangement productive place
