RESUMO

Nowadays, operational risk in companies is strongly affected by Governance and TI Management. There is a huge dependency among them. In order to direct human and technological resources management to business goals IT Governance Frameworks are used and IT is considered a service provider. But it is not a simple task to use these frameworks or transform IT in a service provider. This work is taking into account a commercial bank with difficulties in sharing knowledge face to the increase of specialization in many IT areas. In this stage is our intention to use models for distribution and creation of knowledge. It is supposed models may override defensive routines in the organization and improve IT processes. Some models created using Qualitative Reasoning can exposure underlying causal chain related to the IT management and can be important to create and improve the knowledge of the employee involved in a solution implementation or involved in a solution management. It was made three models using Qualitative Reasoning representing a Web Solution. They are: Web Server model, Application Server model and Database Server model. These models were validated by specialists in each area. In order to check proposal acceptance it was one workshop about using Qualitative Modeling in that scenario.
