RESUMO

The present work treats of the professionals training that integrate the nursing teams of the Program Health of Family, in way to contribute for the improvement in the model of basic attention of the health. Considering the context of the regional development, the study is centered in the area of the Medium Valley of Itajaí (MVI), that is characterized by the existence of socioeconomic entails among the municipal district pole - Blumenau and the municipal districts embraced by the area. The conception proposed for the training program is based in inherent concepts to the theme and aspects related to the professional and the reality lived in the acting of your activities. It considers that these professionals psychological characteristics are important to map your cognitive styles and to adapt teaching-learning strategies. For so much, took place a research with the professionals of the nursing teams of program that act in the area of MVI, being used Keirsey Temperament Sorter as instrument to evaluate these professionals psychological characteristics. To know the professionals cognitive profile allows establishing the appropriate way to promote this program
