O socioambientalismo como instrumento da cidadania ambiental aplicado aos espaços naturais protegidos

RESUMO

Thiswork is to investigate whether the inquiry protected natural areas of Braziland Spain have the ingredients necessary for their full democratic development and social spaces for political participation. The survey was developed by Alicante Agreement, signed between the Universityof Vale do Itajaí - Univali/ Braziland Universidad de Alicante, Spain, in Une Search International Law, Environment and Port Activity - Internationalization. This is an issue current and relevant, because the protected natural areas are part of the world social contextualization, and the scene of many conflicts, social demands and that stillcrying out for a greater openness to environmental citizenship. In this dissertation, highlight is the main types of protected areas included in both countries, focusing more on the National Parks in Spain and Brazil, the areas of permanent preservation and Unitsof Conservation. In the investigation of this work was used the inductive method, implemented by the related techniques, the category of operational concept and bibliographic research. Thus, the theme of this study was distributed in three chapters, with the following topics: the firstchapter develops the study of the natural protected areas in Brazil,the second chapter deals with natural spaces protected in the Community and Spain and, finally,the last chapter, focuses on the theme of natural areas protected and citizenship. In the end considerations are exposed to the arguments that include the synthesis of the work to demonstrate the hypothesis. As a result reached the hypothesis of the research, has been a negative response to the formulation developed, ie protected natural areas have large potential for social emancipation, however, in its current conjecture legal and democratic opening, not yet have the ideais emancipatory a better and more just society
