O professor e a Internet : condições de trabalho, discurso e pratica

RESUMO
The aim of this project is to discuss some topics that involve the pedagogical use of the Internet by the teachers, the elements that interfere in this process and the relation that they establish among themselves. We have commented on the domination of the science of communication and the science of information in the actual society, leading to its entrance in the modern school, until the appearing of the Internet. Within this context we verify that there is a necessity for a pedagogical transformation of the school and the teacher. As from the literal revision of the collected data, we elaborated some categories that show and discuss some of the elements that we put as intervenient in this project, even though they cannot be fixed and stable categories, once these elements are shown related among themselves: the competence of teachers on using the Internet, the dispute of power among the co-ordenators, the attitude of the administrative department, the autonomy and integration of teams, the creation of examples of activities, the time available for the planning of the activities and the competition among the teachers. The aim of this research is to point out and discuss some of the elements that interfere in the pedagogical work of the teachers using the internet and some of the difficulties they have, try to find some possible solutions and raise data for further thinking and future discussions in order to achieve an improvement of the educational process as a whole.
