RESUMO

Studies accomplished among penitentiary aim for the fact that the social pacts possess a significant paper, in the reinforcement or destitution of the fabric of the social relationships. We believed that one of the pacts that larger relevance possesses in the development of the human interactions in these atmospheres is the silence pacts that observed in the verification that the secret governs the chains serving there as thermometer for the interaction levels presents. The objective of this work went analyze and to interpret the strategies that permeate the construction of a pact of silence present in different sociability forms among prisoner of shut regime in the agricultural penitentiary of MossorÃ-RN. We developed a qualitative research applying techniques of direct observation and glimpses open with a group of 10 prisoner of different age groups, with times of imprisonment and types of different crimes, privileging, above all the degree of power and of hierarchy exercised by those individuals, looking for to recover some of its representations and judgements of values, through its life narratives. We believed that those established pacts between the individuals or groups, inside the different imprisonment regimes, intensify the social liaisons, and they establish levels of complicity, that unites them and they identify by means of different types of ethical categories and you live, as the trust, the distrust, the accusation, the complicity, the honor, the confession converging all them for the statement of pacts
