O direito natural e a desigualdade entre os homens no pensamento de Rousseau

RESUMO
The aim of this work is to show, through the problem of the contradiction of concepts between state of nature and state of society, that tha consciousness theory, developed in EmÃlio, reflects its notios of natural right. Besides it reflects that, in relation to the society theory presented in Jean-Jacques Rousseauâs speech about inequality existing among men. The consciousness gives unity to the moral subject, and it is linked to the idea of freedom and happiness. So, the principles of consciousness give autonomy to the subject and this causes na increase in the primitive affections inside a social environment. The individual and pessimist character of history is affirmed through Rousseauâs thought. It is the only existing condition of making the unnaturalization of men come true in the level of moral and educational action
