RESUMO

Born as a new concept of process in legal science the “acess to justice” has broken a large tradicion of procedure studies when it proposes an alternative view, away of restricted investigations about formals institutes, wich produced works only in the hermeneutical level of abtrativism. One of the most important names of acess to jutice ideas movement, Professor Mauro Cappelletti, created theorical bases to orient studies and legal reforms, by using his new method, wich conserved the logico-formals researchs, otherwise brought a valorative dimension, cetered in efetiveness and in social justice, ocurring at a change of perspective, moved to the point of view of the judicial service consumers. It is viabilized by an interdisciplinar focus, where unsatisfized needs, relative bargain power, kinds of relations and interesses involved in litigance, constitucional garanties, socioeconomicals problems, in synthesis, all obstacles to the acess are carefully analysed. Ours goals are to contribute here to spread the theorical bases of access to justice moviment created by Mauro Cappelletti, centering focus in its influence in brazilians’ procedure reforms
