RESUMO

The philosophical discussion has been present throughout of justice in world-wide scale is a philosophical debate par excellence. Thus, in the present thesis Justice as Fairness for the Society of the Peoples, we have for objective to approach the possibility of magnifying of the equitable justice of the national level, as presented in the workmanship A Theory of Justice (1971), for the international level, as it looked for to make Rawls in The Law of Peoples (1999). One is about a qualitative analysis of exploratory character, developed in the evaluation modality, whose target will be the demonstration of the structure of justice equitable in internal scope and the verification of the viabilities of the theory in the global scope. The work if organizes in chapters that specifically deal with the analysis and problematization on the theory of justice, its conception philosophical-politics, development, theoretical recitals and real reach. In this perspective we will search to fix the attention point in the proposal rawlsiana of equitable justice for the society of the peoples, we will observe the current period of training of evolution of the theory and the repercussions front the philosophical chains contemporaries, for only then, to consider as to think justice as fairness about the current days
