RESUMO

The objective of this dissertaÃÃo consists of identifying if the programs of microcredit of the Agency of the Credit, of the Bank of the People and the Center of Support to Microempreendedor (both in Recife) have benefited the feminine force of work, diminishing the exclusion and the discrimination that are impediments for the insertion and permanence of the women in the work market. For such, interviews halfstructuralized with fifteen beneficiaries of the cited programs had been become fullfilled already. The analysis of the interviews with the beneficiaries of the microcredit points that this has favored the women, not only in the generation of income and the stimulaton to the enterprising capacity, but also it reaches the subjectivity of the involved social actors in this tram, in the studied case the women, awake feelings of autonomy, satisfaction, independence and self-sufficiency. This deriving profitability of the recurrence to the small loan and the perception of benefit does not pass necessarily for the legalize of the enterprise (even so this is concern of the majority of the interviewed ones), but is in the capacity to supply the necessities of maintenance of the familiar income and to assure a worthy standard of living
