RESUMO

This present work verify how the official documents about education for all had based changes on a school of Salvador of Bahia State that it is recognized for the Bahia Education Secretary and for the Education Ministry as an inclusive school. Therefore, it was realized a bibliographical survey and a study of the national and international main documents that proposes the transformation of the regular school in an inclusive school, as well as survey the essential characteristics of the inclusive school. From this study, a qualitative ethnographic investigation was realized from the August, 17th of 2004 until January, 13rd of 2005. Concomitantly, the collect of data instruments had been direct observation in classrooms and teachers room, participative observation and semidirective interviews. The study, analysis and data interpretation carried through the multireferential approach evidence that the great educational innovations in this moment to point towards the opening possibility of the schools to the human being diversity. The end of this work contribute for the regular school transformation in a school that receives the human being diversity.
