RESUMO

This dissertation looks for to analyze the discussion of the Human Rights (DH) and your implementation possibilities in the professional exercise starting from the social workers participation (THE) in the World Social Forum (FSM). It leaves of the debate about DH and the difficulties for your efetivation in a sociability governed by the capital. He/she/you focuses the formation of FSM as the most consistent and global manifestation of the resistance against the neoliberalismo. The methodological direction consists initially of documented and bibliographical research in an attempt of mapping a picture of the situation relational among FSM, DH and Social Service. The results of the field research take us the reflection about the effective participation of the THE in FSM since that he/she feels in an incipient way and without organization of the category, in spite of they consider the importance of this political phenomenon in the fight against the neoliberal hegemony. For the THE is constituted as a space that increases a " new" breath in your daily practice. On the discussion of DH in FSM, they consider the thematic important they admit that even in the academy the discussion on DH is extremely fragmented. They evaluate the warranty of DH as element norteador of your practice. It is ended that FSM can present the proposal that a " other world is possible " and a viable space is constituted to agglutinate social and professional movements in this direction
