RESUMO

Among the diseases related to telemarketings work its found the dysphonia. The voice disorders appear in a context of inadequate conditions of using of voice, characterized for the hard control of time and content, exigence of productivity, excess of the rhythm of work and a large vocal demand. The taylorist organization of telemarketing work reflects the vocal health of the worker, it means, the result of a precarization of the using of voice as an instrument of work is the dysphonia. This research goals to get the comprehension about the meanings of the dysphonia for the telemarketings operators. It was carried out the qualitative method, combining interview with operator with presence or voice disorders complaint and observation of the work environment. The informations were analyzed following the technical of content analysis. The operators boarded themes about the relation between the works organization and dysphonia, the difficult in work with dysphonic voice, the strategy of resistance developed by the workers, the denying and the punishment of the dysphonic voice in telemarketing, the preventions normative prescriptions to dysphonia, the vocal healths practice by the own category and the model of the workers voice. The dysphonia assumes a meaning of suffering and exclusion of the work in a logic of production whose workers voice needs to be adjusted with the exigence of productivity and the accumulation of capital and becomes the voice of the company.
