RESUMO

The objective of this study was to identify the establishment, consolidation and transfer of knowledge and organizational conditions prevailing, in developing information systems in an organization where the culture of projects was adopted. It was used as a theoretical reference to the Theory of Knowledge Creation Organization, composed of types of knowledge, modes of conversion of knowledge, spiral of knowledge, Ba - space-creation of knowledge, to enable conditions the creation of knowledge and organizational model of five phases of process of creating the organizational knowledge. Data collection was performed through the conduct of interview, documentary analysis and the application of a questionnaire developed and validated for this purpose. The management of projects internally has in its processes the creation, codification and transfer of knowledge, through the use of explicit and tacit knowledge, which are verified the occurrence of modes of conversion, coupled with certain physical organizational contexts - Ba, bolstered by enable specific conditions, following the model of five stages of creating the organizational knowledge. This statement can be formulated as the result of the analysis of the data indicated that all processes in the framework called knowledge management are present in the methodology proposed for preparation of development projects of information systems, varying their degree of occurrence and importance as the characteristics of the project and its evolution. Given this, it was possible to conclude that even if the knowledge management was not explicitly referenced in any moment of data collection, its precepts were latent in each stage of development projects. Finally, were found correlations between types of knowledge, knowledge of procedures, modes of conversion and Ba not appearing in theory
