RESUMO

From the experience in the clinical nursing located in a CAPSad seek to understand the implications of the psychoanalytic approach to care in this context. Thus, we present a brief history of nursing in mental health and addiction, the historical context of drug use throughout the history of mankind and some introductory concepts of psychoanalysis. Psychoanalysis also provided the basis of research in relation to a theoretical-methodological character, presenting itself as a way to build knowledge of a different way of common science. This knowing came from the subjects treated in his speech as guiding the course of both treatment and research. Then, we report the implementation experience of clinical nursing CAPSad from concepts of psychoanalysis. The methodology consisted in the construction of the clinical case, organized in three stages: The writing of "Pathos"-Disease; The writing of "Pathos"-Transfer and the writing of Theoretical Construction. Thus, two cases were built: the case of "Maluco Beleza", where the diagnosis of psychosis guides the direction of the treatment, which uses the signifier as Raul Seixas substitute the Name of the Father, and the case "Beber, Cair, Desejar" where the symptom as an enigma of desire, enables the revelation of unconscious contents. The building also pointed to cases of clinical and institutional issues in a way that interfered in the monitoring of patients, such as trying to eliminate symptoms and transfer. The clinic has been radically transformed from listening to the subject, pointing to a direction as to issues raised by the clinic expanded and the work of harm reduction. Thus, despite the many challenges surrounding this study, we believe we can work with the subject of the unconscious in clinical nursing drug addiction.
