RESUMO

The investigation completed a stage of the validation of the Test of Concrete Reason (TRC) for the student population with the use of educational games (concrete materials) for students of 13 to 15 years of the 8th and 9th years of the fundamental teaching. Was it carried out the factorial analysis and the test it presented three factors in the construction of the fundamental structures (establishment of properties and relationships present in the concrete materials, discrimination of the characteristic attributions of the games and convergences of the schemes for the solution of the contained puzzles in the games) and two factors in the behavior (behaviors related to the realization of the task and behaviors related to the toy). Resultant of the factorial analysis in the mental structures the coefficient of precision was 0,90 (α de Cronbach)*, standard error of measurement equal to 1.75, corresponding to 2,9% of the total amplitude of the scale of measure of the punctuation in the test; and coefficient of sensibility γ2 = 9,49 corresponding to the value of the standard normal variable z = 3,8, in other words, there is an opportunity of 99,9% of the punctuation obtained in to the TRC to present an error of inferior measure to standard error of measurement; and in the factors related to the behavior lÃdico the coefficient of precision was of 0,98 (α de Cronbach)*, the estandart error of the measure similar to 0,68, corresponding to 1,2% of the total amplitude of the punctuation in the test; and coefficient of sensibility γ2 = 6,66, that is to say, there is a possibility of 99,4% of the punctuation obtained in the TRC to present error of inferior measure to the standart error of the measure. The Test of Concrete Reason showed validate and precision for the use in the student population, being of great value for investigation in psychology and education, more specifically, in to the diagnosis of difficulties of students of the fundamental teaching learning, in the age group of six-12 years.
