RESUMO

This thesis the development on anthropomorphic manipulator defendant by pneumatic flexible muscles. The main focus of this work is the kinematics and dynamic modeling of the anthropomorphic manipulator, based on the air muscle performance. Taguchi method is being applied in this project, where the techniques to get a robust project are based on the quality and reliability concepts. Finally the main behavior and efficiency of the set, manipulator and rnusc1es, are presented
