RESUMO
The objective of this paper is to contribute towards the study of Brazilian social security law as a whole, to deepen its analysis in relation to the benefit of continuous instalments of the labour accident injury relief. Thus, we will bring preliminary and general notions about Social Security and further develop the study in order to discuss the labour incident, and then we will elaborate on the aforementioned benefit and its implications on individual work agreements. Since the beginning, the complexity involving the labour accident injury relief called upon our attention, for its theoretical aspects and its implications on individual work agreements in special, since it brings forth a series of subjects related to the analysis such as labour incident, labour health and safety protection regulations, the formation of work agreements, the types of work relations, the suspension and interruption of work agreements and the civil responsibility of the employer. The main goal of this study, as it has been hinted above, is to demonstrate the effects generated by labour accident injury relief upon individual work agreements. For such, the research on the matter was exclusively theoretical. The systematic method was used to study the subject matter, thus each aspect was analysed in relation to its context. In regards to technique, the procedure of collating ideas from various authors according to their similarities has been adopted, leading to the required substantiation of conviction and, consequently, to the settlement of the subject matter. It has been observed that during the legislative evolution of Brazilian social security laws, the subject affects the study of accidents and the repairing of damages caused by labour incidents was improved. However, we verify that improvements in the area are suitable and will be shown in the study, looking to achieve the desired goal of the utmost protection and prevention of the workers health and safety, a fact that most certainly will create an acute reduction in labour incident occurrences
