RESUMO

The proposal of remedys against racial unequal develops, in social sciences, a series of paradoxes and quandaries constituted on the diverse meanings of terms such as race, identity, equality and difference, amongst other chains in the colloquy contemporary about emancipation.Currently in Brazil, such quandaries arises mainly when political of affirmative action to the black people and its recognition subjects are discussed. The present study intends to contribute with the theoretical and politician debate, presenting the quandary recognition-redistribution, to verify which political theory reflections can be adjusted to the Brazilian case of affirmative actions propositions and black people identity recognition, linked to the social theory study produced by intellectuals of the social anti-racist movement
