RESUMO
Workfiow management systems are being adopted by organizations, in order to improve the work performance. However, the introduction of workfiow technology faces dificulties, mainly associated with the informal aspects of work processes. This dissertation describes three process implementations, using a workfiow system at a manufacture industry. Besides the problems mentioned in the literature, other informal aspects were noticed,which were very important during these process implementation
