RESUMO

This dissertation analyzes educative historical and practical conceptions destined to the contingent of teenagers circumstantially institutionalized in shelter, in function of the loss, definitive or temporary, of the familiar bonds. This study it searchs to discover and to reflect the impact of the multiple educative processes that aim at to the guarantee of the effective assumption of the citizenship of these teenagers, at the moment of the announcement that they will be take off the shelter institution, in result of the civil majority. Using the methodological reference of the ethnographic description, this analytical study on the inserted adolescence in the context contemporary of the infantyouthful abandonment, in the city of Salvador, it is committed to supply a story of the expression of adolescents at the moment of the announcement, Express to it explicitly or implicitly, that they will be take off the shelter institution where if they find. The search of the understanding of this practical if gave through the lens of the historical of the abandonment, from the paradigmatic transformation of the minor, as object of compassion/repression, gift in the Code of Minors of 1927 and in its reformation, in 1979, for a new conception, of citizens the by operation of law one, through Law 8,069/90, of the Statute of the Child and Teenagers (ECA). Through this legislation, the teenager, theoretically, passes to be conceived as citizen, becoming necessary to redirect practical the educative one, instituted with children and teenagers circumstantially institutionalized, for a actionable educate, that the education makes possible to fulfill its paper to guarantee the formation necessary citizen to the samey social conviviality.
