RESUMO

The main object of this job is to show the presence of Administrative Theory in the institutions process administration, from the private field of the higher education, answering two basic questions: 1) In what degree the Administrative Theory is present oneself in these institutions? Or in what degree the administration process is present oneself in the administrative theory or apply their fundamentals? 2) Is there any ideological, political-economic or power ascendancy, considering the Administrative Theory carry over in the process administration of these institutions? The answer to two basic questions is covered in the main object of this job. With this, there is no purpose to circumscribe the brazilian school administration to political or technical questions. By the way, is not regard any model oriented to efficiency, effective, productivity and quality as a typical model of the industrial market segment. Considering to be a theoretical job the approach was limited to the higher education institutions. Therefore, it was outlined to answer the two basic questions as mentioned above, and surely commons (two questions) in the process administration of any higher education institutions.
