A subjetividade na teoria e gestão organizacionais no contexto da contemporaneidade: estudo de caso sobre os Mini-Projetos Alternativos-SC

RESUMO

The research analyzes the contemporarity and its implications to the theory/epistemology and organizational management, based specifically in the comprehension of subjectivity and its relation with the organization and the environment (social, economic, politic and cultural conditions). The contemporarity, also called post-modernity by some authors, says respect to a proper set of ideas from the recent history and the present time that are differentiated of classic modernity. The theorical contents are analyzed in a more concrete way by the study of Mini-alternative projects (MPAs), self-managed enterprises that exists since 1989 in Santa Catarina and that currently are integrated in a wider movement: the solidary economy. These projects values the subjectivity and demonstrates with subjectivity, the inter- subjectivity, the management and the environment that they are inserted impacting reciprocally, being all these dimensions capable of transformations. The main themes - contemporarity and subjectivity - relate because, although not as a predominant trend, there are signs of subjectivity valuation in the context of epistemology and organizational management. The methodology procedures follows a multidisciplinary approach of qualitative research and study case, using the fenomenology and hermeneutic methods. In this way, the research expects to opportunize contributions to the advance of scientific theory in general and for the theory and the organizational management, as well as for the management of MPAs enterprises and the solidary economy, specially, and for all organizations that need to incorporate more participative characteristics in its management processes.
