A organização do trabalho pedagógico em matemática: depoimentos de professores de escolas estaduais de ensino fundamental situadas em São Paulo/SP

RESUMO

The aim of this study is to analyze the way mathematic teachers describe the organization of the pedagogic work, trying to question if these professionals find, in their respective work places, favorable situations and resources to think and rethink their practice continually. It is a qualitative research, that analyzes situations and speeches that were obtained through by semi- structure interviews, whose object is the mathematic teachers pedagogic practice in the fundamental teaching, in state public schools located in the capital of São Paulo. It was visited four (4) school where eleven (11) mathematic teachers and four (4) school coordinating teachers were interviewed. The selection of the schools was based on the map of social exclusion (Sposati/1996) and it took as reference data colected by a research that is being developed in Program of Postgraduate Studies in Education: history, Politics, Society at PUC- SP. To analyze the interwiews it was taken studies about curriculum and disciplines specially contributions about production of knowledge and organization of pedagogic work and it was included works refering specifically. By this research we can conclude that there are considerable contradiction between what teacher need-to reflect continually about their practice and the real condition were offered by the researched schools .
