RESUMO

The present research argues the mediation consensual of conflicts. It is livened up of the suspicion of that the elements in game in the disputes, when involving people, interests, feelings and power, defy solutions that tend to complexity. Search to verify as the as the complex thought can activate the mediation. Of the springs of a notion and another one, it tries to compose a picture whose frame will search to reflect a epistemologia new, capable to fortify the man in the construction of solutions for its interpersonal conflicts. If the mediation if invests of the intention of shared pacification, of a vision integrator of knowing them and of an appositive one in the human potential of win autonomy and evolution, it would be the complexity, understood as half of work the coexistence, the challenge to face?
