RESUMO

The present work promotes an discussion on the interdisciplinarity of the environment, traversing for the optics of geographic science until its protection in framework legal. To gain its objectives contextualizes in elapsing of the times the intrinsic dichotomy relation of the man and the nature, being searched to explicit the socioeconomic, cultural transformations, legal politics and that if delineate in this ample interconnected process. Since most primitive of the societies, man and nature keep intrinsic relations. In the threshold of century XXI sciences social human beings and face new challenges, front the fragmented production of the knowledge. The process to interdisciplinary is a measure integrator, capable to favor the dimension social that fragmented science does not make possible. Know that Geography withholds a knowledge accumulated in elapsing of the centuries, in turn the Environmental Law, is a recent phenomenon in the history of the humanity. Much even so is sciences with proper and distinct characteristics, and to use distinct nomenclatures, is possible to affirm that both have study object the same, protected some regard. In reason of the theoretical character of this work, it is used documentary bibliographical research and, riddled to an analytical and systematic process. In what it refers to the waited contributions, one searchs a study systemize of the relation man-nature, in order to contribute for a reflection on the human development and of ambient geographic and legal science. Thus, in the theoretical scope, seek to demonstrate to the professionals involved in the thematic one displayed, who of the interaction man-nature exist economic aspects, social and legal that if interrelated in a matrix to multiscale and multiweather. With this, aspirated that the conclusions of the study can subsidize new projects and base a conception where man and nature are conceived as part of one same consisting process of differences.
