RESUMO

In the last decades, the environmental degradation has been increasing on inadmissible levels which is characterized by different degrees of economic developing and human action. These are got by a globalize and capitalism way of growing, which has an economic predominance that has the consumption increased because of the irresponsible exploration of natural resources and for the social irrationality that is against the necessary satisfaction of the humans necessities whose show us, nowadays a complex crisis on a global proportion that correspond and represent the Brazilian social-economical-environmental to take us to believe that something has to be done about social-economic with the environmental self-sufficiency. And one of practical-theoric ways refers to Agenda 21 looking for rules that goes into a local and regional and put into this developing, called self-sufficient which breaks with the old and horrible system and introduce a new way of knowledge the environmental subjects union under a continues dynamic process. This should allow subsidize politic advanced practices that give free actions to local public management build and mold with strategies and practices rights for our time. These would help the expected meeting among humans and nature, and the variety ways of comprehends the complex of supportable development. On the sight, through this method that is supported by the technique of content analyses, and the study invite us to a reread about this politic-management, the Agenda 21 Brasileira, made by a way that seems to be easy and about immediately meanings that look over the subjects union thought about complex problems that are seen with obviously which has the supportable development of existence proposed by Agenda 21 Brasileira which one began obscure and left away, forgetting to pay values contribution on the sense of the national supportable development, that helps the social participation collective promise with an environmental cause.
