A influência da cultura organizacional no gerenciamento eletrônico de documentos: o caso da diretoria jurídica do Banco do Brasil.

RESUMO

A Study that characterizes the organizational culture and its influence on the implantation and operation of an informational system of Electronic Management of Documents (EMG) from the case of Juridical Management of the Bank of Brazil (BB). The principles of technology EMG are presented in order to provide the comprehension of basic concepts and major issues concerning the capture and/or creating, storing, sharing and management of electronic documents from documents in paper. The method of exploratory case study is used as a consequence of the lack of previous studies within this specific theme. To the gather of data were applied techniques of observations, interviews and questionnaires to users of the GED system of the Bank - BBJUR-INTRANET - based on the reference of the work. It was identified the types of culture of the organization as the market through the Competing Values Model of Cameron and Quinn. As a result, it is initiated the construction of a theoretical reference that contributes to the electronic document management and concludes that there is a significant share of influence of organizational culture on the implantation and use of EMG technology, composing a portion of the success or failure to the organization.
