A conciliaÃÃo na justiÃa do trabalho de JoÃo Pessoa/PB no ano de 2001: valor do pedido versus valor do acordo

RESUMO

Conciliation is known as one of the best ways to solve conflicts between demanding parts is presented in this study in the scope of the Labour Justice in the city of JoÃo Pessoa â PB. By verifying a huge discrepancy between what was asked by the employee and the value really paid in the conciliatory terms in the Labour Justice in JoÃo Pessoa, the present study proposes a field research to measure what is the percent value between the values cited above in each of the Labour Justice Sections in JoÃo Pessoa. To start with, a study of the commencement of labour conflicts in world History, as well as the embryo of such conflicts in our country has been carried out. Furthermore, we place our focus on the study of âconciliationâ as one of the possible solutions of such conflicts and finally, there has been carried out a case study using as data the amount of processes distributed in each of the Labour Justice Sections in JoÃo Pessoa where we verified which one promoted the biggest number of conciliations, the one which promoted less, the one which had the biggest number of conciliations carried out and the one which had less. Finally, we verified the percent relationship between what was asked by the employee and the value which was agreed in a number of processes. Such calculations were possible through a statistics model which made possible to validate the hypothesis if the Labour Justice has been really concerned with the agreements reached or if it has been promoting agreements under any circumstances with values which are well below the employee petitions in the beginning of his plea, turning the employee even a smaller part of the labour relationship
